Welcome Olivia Johnson
Olivia Johnson, MD is our newest addition to our Four Oaks location! Olivia grew up just right around the corner in the town of Smithfield. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergrad where she majored in Chemistry. Through a volunteer experience, she discovered she was called to a career in medicine. She graduated from East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine and fell in love with family medicine, as it is the only specialty that offers the unique ability to prevent, detect, and treat disease in the context of patients’ family and community. She received full-spectrum training at Via Christi Family Medicine Residency in Wichita, KS and completed an obstetrics fellowship at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. She is looking forward to taking care of patients of all ages and stages of life but is especially passionate about maternal-child health.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Henry, and her sweet and sassy wire fox terrier, Finley. Together, they love exploring the outdoors, playing pickleball, and hanging out with family and friends.
