Dr. Hebda is a native of Western Pennsylvania and moved to NC in 2009. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania and Oral Roberts University School of Medicine in Oklahoma.

His Family Practice residency, an additional three year training and educational program after medical school, was completed at Naval Hospital in Charleston, SC. Dr. Hebda then served in the US Navy as a medical officer for 3 years in Sicily and another year in Newport. He started a private practice in Western PA, where he practiced for 15 years before coming to Horizon Family Medicine.

Dr. Hebda has a wife, 4 children and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys several outdoor activities including biking, hiking and camping. He enjoys a good meal and says his wife is a great cook! He is active in his local church and loves living and seeing his patients in NC!
