Morgan Smith, FNP-C, received her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlin University in 2022, her Bachelor’s in Nursing from Regis University in 2012, and an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Pikes Peak Community College in 2005. Morgan is known for her patient-centered approach, focusing on empowering patients through education and preventive care. She believes in fostering long-term relationships with families and her patients. Morgan is a member of the AANP. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and reading.
