I will be leaving my position at Horizon Family Medicine, with my last day on December 5, 2025. After thoughtful consideration, I have decided to step away from clinical practice at this time to focus on caring for my young family.

Serving as your primary care provider has been both an honor and a privilege. I am sincerely grateful for the confidence you placed in me and for the opportunity to support your health and well-being.
