Changes at HFM-Four Oaks

It is with a heavy heart that Courtney Powell, PA-C, has made the difficult decision to leave Horizon Family Medicine. Her last day was Tuesday, May 3, 2022. Mrs. Powell has been an integral part of our team, and although we are sad to see her go, we are happy that she is embarking on a new and exciting chapter of her life and career.

We are currently searching for a new provider, and we will send out additional communication as soon as we have a new provider on board. In the interim, we want to ensure that you receive the healthcare you deserve, and we strongly recommend that you consider establishing with an alternative family physician/practice to meet your primary care needs, as Dr. Watson is unable to accommodate any more patients in the Four Oaks office at this time.
