Now Available: Walk-in Acute Care Clinic at Four Oaks

Our Four Oaks office now has staff available for walk-in acute treatment on a first come, first served basis, Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 9:00am.

No appointment is necessary for treatment of acute illnesses such as sore throat, fever, cough, ear infection, UTI, etc.

Horizon Family Medicine physicians undergo three years of formal training in an accredited family practice residency after graduation from medical school. Each of our physicians is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
